What is Omega-3 Fatty Acids Supplements?

There are studies showing that the addition of omega 3 to human nutrition, that is, fish oil, which is known as a food source of omega 3 fatty acids, has the effects of preventing problems such as cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, immunity, allergies and nervous disorders.

It is necessary to drink at least 1 gram of omega 3 fatty acids a day in order to protect against some diseases, namely to strengthen immunity against these diseases. In order to see the effect of omega 3 fatty acids at the maximum level, it is necessary to limit the use of omega 6 fatty acids while using omega 3. Examples of sources of omega 6 fatty acids are corn, sunflower, soybean and cotton oils.
